The new premises is the first strategic hub location of four, as part of BT’s ‘The Better Workplace Programme’. With a capacity for 3 500 employees, it has been designed to cater for the diverse working options for its people. This includes a series of agile spaces and social hubs on every floor, including coworking on the ground floor, that are designed to bring colleagues together and encourage cross-collaboration across the business, while still accommodating focused individual work. The workplace has been specifically designed to encourage its occupants to move around the building and avoids isolating any one area.
